Pengertian Conditional Sentence

Conditional sentence adalahcomplex sentence (kalimat majemuk) yang dibentuk dari subordinate clause yang diawali dengansubordinate conjunction if berupacondition (syarat) dan main clause berupa result/consequence (hasil).

Ada 4 tipe conditional sentence yang biasa digunakan, yaitu: tipe 1, tipe 2, tipe 3, dan tipe 0. Condition pada conditional sentence tipe 1 mungkin dipenuhi, tipe 2 tidak atau hampir tidak mungkin dipenuhi, tipe 3 tidak mungkin dipenuhi (unreal), sedangkan tipe 0 selalu terwujud karena merupakan scientific fact/kebenaran ilmiah.

TURBUD

On 3 April 2014, My school have a event that called "Tur Budaya" or we said "TURBUD". It's a culture trip with school. My friends and my school went to Bali and I'm very happy because it was the first time that I went there with my friends so far away. The journey to Bali it such a long trip.

We went to Bali by Train. We arrived at Station in Surabaya at the morning. After arrived at Station, We continued our trip with bus. We crossed to The sea by ferry ships. After that, we continued our trip to Nirmala Hotel Denpasar with bus. At night we arrived. It was exhausted journey that I've ever been. But it so happy with my friends

On the first day, we went to Tanjung Benoa Water Sports. We can play so many water sports at that place . I had pictures there with my best friends.

After finish play watersports, Went to GWK. It is statue complex that called Garuda Wisnu Kencana if all the statues is done, it will be the highest statue in the world, so we can see them from the Airport, Kuta, and Denpasar City . I see the statue and take picture with my friends. Then we play a game. The task is to finding all clues and guessing what is that. Our class won and we got prize money. After that, we headed to Jimbaran Bay for having a dinner. The dinner was amazing because we can see planes land and take-offs. There also some performance from our friends.

In The second day, we went to Penglipuran Cultural Village. There we can see the ancient and traditional Bali Village. After that, we went to Kintamani. There we only having a lunch, but the journey there is amazing. After finishing, we went to Sukawati. Then, I headed back to the hotel for the night event called 'Makrab'. We had some performance from our friends. and I'm so excited.

The last day, we went to Pandawa Beach. In the way there, we hat an accident. Our bus is crashed with a motorbike. So, we join with the other bus to get there. Pandawa Beach is a new beach that previously blocked by hills. There we play "tarik tambang" game. Again, we win and get prize money.

After that, we headed to Krisna. Some of my friends including me want to go to Kuta Beach. We must ride a elf car to there because bus wasn't permitted to go there. There we having some beachwalk. After that, we directly going to Airport. I arrived at home at night. It was such a amazing journey. i will never forget about it.

Inspiring Story

Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was miserable and that she didn’t know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved, another one soon followed.

Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot, and ground coffee beans in the third pot.

He then let them sit and boil, without saying a word to his daughter. The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing.

After twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and placed them in a bowl. He pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl.

He then ladled the coffee out and placed it in a cup. Turning to her he asked. “Daughter, what do you see?”

“Potatoes, eggs, and coffee,” she hastily replied.

“Look closer,” he said, “and touch the potatoes.” She did and noted that they were soft. He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg. Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. Its rich aroma brought a smile to her face.

“Father, what does this mean?” she asked.

He then explained that the potatoes, the eggs and coffee beans had each faced the same adversity– the boiling water.

However, each one reacted differently.

The potato went in strong, hard, and unrelenting, but in boiling water, it became soft and weak.

The egg was fragile, with the thin outer shell protecting its liquid interior until it was put in the boiling water. Then the inside of the egg became hard.

However, the ground coffee beans were unique. After they were exposed to the boiling water, they changed the water and created something new.

“Which are you,” he asked his daughter. “When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean? “

Moral:
In life, things happen around us, things happen to us, but the only thing that truly matters is what happens within us.

Movie review

When monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity's resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju. On the verge of defeat, the forces defending mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes - a washed up former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi) - who are teamed to drive a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the past. Together, they stand as mankind's last hope against the mounting apocalypse.

Pasific Rim is very good movies, they have an intresting storyline, they have a very good graphic and effect. I watch it in 3D in the teather. It looks like the kaiju is smashing out the screen. They have good sound too, its so realistic. The movie website www.imdb.com gives rating Pasific Rim movie is 7.1 . Its a good score.

MY HOLIDAY

Last vacation, . In the first week of vacation, I just went to Palembang, my hometown.
At the time of the new year, I get together with my mom's family in my grandma's home. We all gathered together and burned foods, such as satay and corn burning, we eat pempek and many more palembang cuisine. At 12 o'clock at night we were all out of the house to see the fireworks and playi8ng the thrumpet. Lots of fireworks and very colorful. After that we watched tv and listening rhoma irama songs and finally sleep. and finally im going back to bandung, i went to de ranch and im riding a horse. its very fun
After that I do not go anywhere else. I just stay at home. I just watching tv, eating, sleeping, bathing, and prayer. I am very lazy dive a holiday yesterday....

TYPHOON

A typhoon is a mature tropical cyclone that develops in the western part of the North Pacific Ocean between 180° and 100°E. This region is referred to as the northwest Pacific basin.^[1] For organisational purposes, the northern Pacific Ocean is divided into three regions: the eastern (North America to140°W), central (140°W to 180°), and western (180° to 100°E). The Regional Specialized Meteorological Center (RSMC) for tropical cyclone forecasts is in Japan, with other tropical cyclone warning centers for the northwest Pacific in Honolulu (the Joint Typhoon Warning Center), the Philippines and Hong Kong. While the RSMC names each system, the main name list itself is coordinated amongst 18 countries that have territories threatened by typhoons each year. The Philippines use their own naming list for systems which approach the country.

Within the northwestern Pacific there are no official typhoon seasons as tropical cyclones form throughout the year. Like any tropical cyclone, there are six main requirements for typhoon formation and development: sufficiently warm sea surface temperatures, atmospheric instability, high humidity in the lower to middle levels of the troposphere, enough Coriolis force to develop a low pressure center, a pre-existing low level focus or disturbance, and low vertical wind shear. The majority of storms form between June and November whilst tropical cyclone formation is at a minimum between December and May. On average, the northwestern Pacific features the most numerous and intense tropical cyclones globally. Like other basins, they are steered by the subtropical ridge towards the west or northwest, with some systems recurving near and east of Japan. The Philippines receive a brunt of the landfalls, with China and Japan being impacted slightly less. Some of the deadliest typhoons in history have struck China. Southern China has the longest record of typhoon impacts for the region, with a thousand year sample via documents within their archives. Taiwan has received the wettest known typhoon on record for the northwest Pacific tropical cyclone basin.

About Me

My name is Muhammad Rafi Sabar. I was born in Bandung, 11th may 1997. I live in Bandung with my mother, and my sister. My father live in palembang, become a engineer. I graduated from kindergarten named mutiara bunda, Sd Darul Hikam, SMP Darul Hikam. And now, I’m a student of SMAN 3 Bandung. First time, I thought I would be very busy with homework here. And... it’s true, but I’m also busy with extracurricular and organization. SMAN 3 Bandung have a lot of extracurricular, and I decide to join KOMISI 3 and SSR. I found a lot of fun there, joining extracurricular is like refreshing. I really love it.

I’m also join Student Council. First time, I don’t want to join Student Council, but I don’t know why I join. I know joining an organization will make me busy, but I really love what I do here. From Student Council, I ever become a crew of some event like PliST (Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah Tiga), I was became an event organizer. Then Demo Ekskul, I was became an event organizer again. In Student Council I’m become a kasie of Seksie 9, it’s about Technology information and comunication.

My hobby beside eat my lovely food, I’m also like to playing computer, hangout with my friends, or just sleep along day. I’m not playing computer that often, I just play it when I want. I love to hangout with my friends, my senior high school friends or my junior high school or even my elementary school.

Short story

 The fox and the turtle

For want of a better meal, a starving fox captured a turtle, but then could not manage to break through the solid shell in order to eat it.

“You should try putting me in the water for a while to soften me up,” suggested the shrewd turtle.

This sounded like excellent advice to the fox. He carried his prey to the stream and immersed it in the current. The turtle, who was a superb swimmer, slid out of the fox's paws andre-emerged in mid-stream laughing, “There are animals who are even more cunning than you. Now you'll stay hungry!”

 The Fox and the eels

A fisherman was returning home after a day by the river with his cart full of eels. Reynard the fox saw him and immediately thought of a way of getting himself a sumptuous dinner. He down in the middle of the road and pretended to be dead.

When the fisherman saw him, he fell for the trick. He picked up the fox, convinced that he had found himself a beautiful fox skin, and put it in the back of his cart. Once on the move, Reynard emptied all the eels out into the road, gathered them up and ran off. So the gullible fisherman lost both his fox fur skin and his fish.

 The Owl and a nightingle

There was once a nightingale, in a cage by a window that was in habit of singing only at night. An owl was puzzled by this and went to the nightingale what the reason was.

“When I was captured,” explained the nightingale, “it was day and I was singing. In this way Ilearnt to be more prudent and to sing only at night.”

“Are you afraid you might be captured a second time?” asked the baffled owl, “It would have been better if you had been more careful the first time when your freedom was at risk. Now it doesn’t really matter anymore!”
